The Training Center’s courses not only address employees’ needs for skills that promote personal and career growth but also include specialized programs tailored to specific project requirements.
Coherent Solutions’ Training Center Team
Tatiana Nikitina, Project Manager
"Our collaboration with the Training Center began when we needed to train manual testers for a project involving automation. The Training Center developed a custom automation course, which our team successfully completed and continues to utilize. Additionally, the Training Center supported us in training Java developers in front-end development with React.
After completing the automation course, manual testers are actively participating in automation tasks. Similarly, Java developers mastered the necessary skills in React to develop the UI for a new client product. Today, each of our teams includes full-stack developers capable of working on both the back end and front end.
We are grateful to be able to rely on the Training Center for support whenever training is needed for our projects. A big thanks to them for their flexibility in adapting courses to meet our needs! They help us develop our team and achieve our project goals."
The collaboration with the Training Center has a positive impact on individual projects as well as on the company as a whole.
Lina Siumete, Country General Manager, Lithuania
“Our collaboration with the Training Center began in the early days of the Lithuanian entity. Together, we have worked on multiple initiatives—launching programming schools, hiring and mentoring numerous trainees, helping advanced developers transition to new technical paths, and most recently, creating and successfully launching an internship program with local universities. It has been a pleasure working with the Training Center team—keep up the great work!”
For several years, the Training Center has been developing and running educational programs for both employees and their children of all ages. The company’s employees have put in great effort to prepare these programs and also serve as instructors.
Valeria Kirilchik, UX Engineer
"In the spring of 2024, the Training Center proposed creating a summer UX design course for teenagers, similar to the technical courses we had previously offered. I already had experience teaching younger children and had always been interested in pedagogy and child psychology. Plus, I led an educational project within our practice. The idea intrigued me, but it also posed a big challenge: how to make the UX course both concise and engaging for teens in the middle of their summer vacation.
Working with the Training Center taught me not to fear building something from scratch and to trust my own vision. I believe everyone can approach the same task in their own unique way, but when you’re entrusted with that role, you have the freedom to make creative decisions and execute the project in your own style."
Alena Borodich, English Teacher
"My journey with the Training Center began about a year ago. By that time, I had been with the company for over a year and felt completely comfortable in my role. I was ready for a new challenge. That’s when the Training Center requested the development of an ‘English for Technical Trainers’ course. I started writing my first course with a mix of excitement and doubts, as I decided to expand its scope.
The immediate interest in the course was encouraging—enough to form two groups—which motivated me even more to share my knowledge. I was truly inspired and conducted the course with great enthusiasm, receiving positive feedback. When the next request from the Training Center came, I accepted it without hesitation!
Working with the Training Center has helped me see things from a broader perspective. Before teaching my colleagues, I first teach myself: I test every technique and method I share in my courses. During sessions, I aim to create a comfortable space where everyone can exchange knowledge on management, client communication, and interviewing. This exchange is incredibly valuable to me."
Employees enthusiastically welcomed the idea of creating courses for their children. By 2024, the variety of programs had become more diverse and engaging, designed to capture the interest of both children and teenagers.
Kirill Karpov, QA Automation Engineer
"I was considering enrolling my son in a programming course for a while but couldn’t find the right fit. By chance (or maybe not!), I saw an email from the Training Center about an upcoming Scratch course for kids. My son was the perfect age for it, so I mentioned it to him, and he was immediately very interested. He said he wanted to become a programmer, just like his dad—though, of course, I’m a tester! This time, I decided not to explain the difference between a tester and a programmer and simply enjoyed his enthusiasm.
The first lesson was incredibly engaging—special thanks to Alexandra Sidorovich for presenting the material so well! My son was so involved that he spent a couple of extra hours working on assignments after the lesson. Throughout the week, he even asked to work on it on his own. This continued throughout the entire course. He was thrilled to be part of it and proud to write his first programs, making them do exactly what he wanted."
We are proud of and deeply value every story we’ve gathered from our employees. These stories represent cherished memories and significant achievements that have become part of our shared journey. But what do the Training Center staff behind these stories think?

“In 2009, Oleg Fridlyand and I were seeking ways to make our work more fulfilling and engaging. That’s when the idea of creating a Training Center came to me. We discussed it with leadership, and then with the team, who fully supported us. Then a period of intense and productive work began. The Training Center not only helped the company overcome challenges but also made it a more attractive player in the market.”

"The demand for education in our company continues to grow, and we are committed to offering new training programs while also refreshing existing ones. In the coming year, we will launch a series of training sessions focused on generative AI to help enhance the work efficiency of our employees. We are also committed to supporting employees’ children, offering programs for school-aged children, from elementary to high school, and will continue working in this direction.
We’ve started collaborating with universities in Lithuania, Moldova, and Belarus, offering internships and specialized courses for students. Next year, we plan to extend our partnerships to universities in Poland.
On this 14th anniversary, I’d like to thank the company’s instructors and trainers for their hard work, professionalism, willingness to share their expertise, and their ability to deliver training at the highest level!"
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has contributed to making the Training Center what it is today! Together, we look forward to new opportunities, engaging courses, and broadened professional horizons.
Happy anniversary, colleagues!
