Robert Duff
Chief Operating Officer
Robert began his career in the 90s as a software developer and then worked as a solution architect, business analyst, and project manager. He holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame. Robert's expertise spans digital transformation, business development, and the future of work. He was featured in the St. Paul Business Journal.
Max Belov
Chief Technology Officer
Max joined Coherent Solutions in 1998 and assumed the role of CTO two years later. As a seasoned software architect, he has deep expertise in designing and implementing distributed systems, cybersecurity, cloud technology, and AI. He also leads Coherent’s R&D Lab, focusing on IoT, blockchain, and AI initiatives. Max’s commentary and bylines appeared in CIO, Information Week, Silicon UK Tech News, Business Reporter, and TechRadar.

Deputy General DevOps Practice Lead
Alexander started his career as a system administrator 15 years ago. After a long journey through various companies and roles, he joined Coherent Solutions as the DevOps department manager. Vladimir Yurkevich
Front End & Web Practice Lead
Vladimir began his career at EPAM over 18 years ago. He specializes in JavaScript/TypeScript full-stack development, managing multi-national teams, and delivering complex products. Oleg has over 10 years of experience in .NET. He holds a PhD in technical science, a master’s in systems analysis, and a bachelor’s in computer software engineering. Michael has been with Coherent Solutions since 2007, starting out as a .NET developer. Over the years, he’s progressed through roles as a tech lead, team lead, and architect. He now runs the QA Automation and DevOps practices, managing a team of around 250 people. Michael has extensive expertise in cybersecurity and DevOps.
