Igor Epshteyn's journey in the realm of technology and innovation began with the establishment of his inaugural company in his homeland of Belarus in 1990. Driven by an enduring zeal for technology's potential, he founded Coherent Solutions in 1995, shortly after his move to the United States.

As CEO and President of Coherent Solutions, Igor has steered the company's strategic trajectory, vision, and expansion. His entrepreneurial drive and profound interest in technology fueled the inception of Coherent Solutions, a pioneering custom software development and consulting firm renowned for its unwavering dedication to excellence and innovative solutions.

Under Igor's guidance, Coherent Solutions has not only endured but thrived. With a presence spanning 10 countries and a dynamic team exceeding 2,000 professionals, the company's reach has significantly expanded beyond its origins.

Robert Duff

Rob joined Coherent in 2005. He started his career in the 1990s as a developer and worked as a solution architect, business analyst, and project manager.  Rob’s responsibilities include leadership of Coherent’s account management and global service delivery organization. His previous experiences include being a principal consultant for CSC Consulting (now DXC) and AVT Consulting. He attributes his long tenure with Coherent to the smart people he works with. According to Rob, “When people see the level of talent we employ, and what they do with it, they are blown away. It truly is a huge part of what makes Coherent a great place to work.” Rob holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame. When he isn’t busy leading the service delivery team, he can be found running, skiing, and trying, with his wife, to keep up with their four adult children and two dogs.

Alexandre Schneerson

General Manager

Alexandre helped lead the opening of the Coherent Solutions’ development center in Belarus in 2003—starting as General Manager from day one. Prior to this role, his experience targeted the law, printing and software development industries. This variety of knowledge helps him understand the needs of clients and team members every day. “No two days are alike. It’s that thrill for what the day will bring that keeps me at Coherent. This team is second to none and we are always solving for a key new solution,” said Alexandre.

Max Belov

Chief Technology Officer

Max Belov has been with Coherent Solutions since 1998 and became CTO in 2001. He is an accomplished architect and an expert in distributed systems design and implementation. Responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the company’s technology services, which include custom software development, data services, DevOps & cloud, quality assurance, and Salesforce. Max also heads innovation initiatives within Coherent’s R&D lab to develop emerging technology solutions. These initiatives provide customers with top notch technology solutions IoT, blockchain, and AI, among others. Max holds a master’s degree in Theoretical Computer Science from Moscow State University, and when he isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his family, on a race track, and playing competitive team handball.

Kami Holtz

Vice President - Business Development

Joining Coherent in 2017, Kami leads business development for the company – both to deepen client relationship and guide the sales team for accelerated growth. Holtz joined the company with 15 years of technology experience, including: full lifecycle implementations, process improvements, service delivery and operations. In previous roles, she has worked in the finance, healthcare and services industries. In her most recent role, prior to Coherent, she worked for Oracle as a Consulting Solution Director, responsible for the pre-sale and delivery of consulting services. “Coherent Solutions is, by far, the best company I have worked for and this speaks specifically to all the employees and the great client partnerships we have,” said Holtz. Kami has a BA in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA in Technical Management from University of Phoenix. Outside of work, Kami enjoys extreme endurance sports and anything that gets her outside and meeting people.

John Mitchell

Chief Financial Officer

John has 35+ years of financial experience navigating the challenges of rapid growth and global expansion which led him to his role as Coherent’s CFO. He’s been at the forefront of financial leadership as a business partner and trusted advisor throughout his career. John is a high-performing, and deeply analytical leader whose passion for driving business growth through financial discipline, creativity, and team effort stands out from the moment you meet him. John came to Coherent because he liked the culture, his leadership peers, and the challenge to execute global financial goals that are cohesive and are best practices for the entire org. John holds a BA in Accounting from St. Cloud State University. When he’s not busy building financial models, you will find him racing in triathlons (anywhere from Sprint distance to full Ironman’s) or competing in CrossFit. He loves spending time with his wife and two amazing children, a son-in-law, his 1-year-old grandson, and two very active dogs.

Mike Kittock

Mike oversees strategic accounts at Coherent Solutions and has been with the company since 2006. He has experience as a developer, architect, and project manager for Fortune 1000 companies and international consulting firms. Mike has a BEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota
