The team has developed several complex architectural solutions, driven by the need to manage seamless upgrades and ensure backward compatibility for hundreds of active clients. Managing the processing of millions of documents makes integration complex, involving a suite of internal applications and external services. Our approach extends beyond Salesforce boundaries by leveraging AWS capabilities, allowing for enhanced scalability and flexibility. Furthermore, the migration process across multiple products introduces another level of complexity, demanding meticulous planning and execution.

Another focus is on continuously improving the user experience of the document management system by introducing new features. Among these enhancements is a feature we developed that allows users to group documents and perform bulk actions, such as progressing through workflows, transferring ownership, and managing document metadata. This feature has proven to be a time-saving solution, offering users a more efficient way to modify, review, and approve documents.

We have also enabled users to configure rules that allow the system to automatically apply default values based on specific business processes and regulatory requirements. This automation eliminates the need for manual data entry and boosts overall efficiency.

Additionally, our team has integrated a powerful search engine that enables multiple users to search via keywords within millions of documents, with up to 3,000,000 characters and 2GB in size. Users can also efficiently compare the content of different document versions to identify any changes and create electronic forms for various purposes.

Moreover, recognizing the challenges involved in creating annual product reviews, we developed a solution to streamline the process. We addressed the inefficiencies caused by manual data extraction from various data silos, a process that previously took several months to complete before production and approval. Our solution involved creating detailed and comprehensive statistical packages, enabling users to quickly access data from multiple systems of records and perform all necessary calculations. This has significantly reduced production time and minimized the risk of non-compliance and potential financial losses associated with outdated data.

Finally, as part of our continuous enhancement efforts, we developed a text cleansing and classification service using NLP (Natural Language Processing) to improve the client’s quality management platform. This involved creating a text cleansing service for data preprocessing and training a text classification model to identify similar issues with previously resolved solutions. We also implemented comprehensive service metrics and a monitoring pipeline for efficient performance tracking and proactive issue detection. This service was successfully integrated with other parts of the platform, significantly improving operational efficiency and accuracy in data preprocessing and issue identification.
