Project Description

You will play a central role in developing and optimizing the company’s cloud-native platform, aimed at transforming operational workflows and improving system efficiency. You'll be working in an Agile development team, contributing to the design and development of microservices, integrations with internal systems, and serverless architectures using AWS technologies. The position involves close collaboration with other developers and direct interaction with business stakeholders, giving you influence on broader technical and product strategies.

What You'll Do

• Participate in technical design sessions and document scalable solutions;

• Design and develop REST and event-based microservices using AWS serverless architecture (Lambda, EventBridge, API Gateway, DynamoDB);

• Develop and maintain CloudFormation Templates (CFTs) for infrastructure automation;

• Build and support SaaS/Cloud software solutions, including integrations with internal systems;

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, acting as a trusted advisor;

• Ensure systems meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards;

• Support and modernize legacy systems while contributing to new platform architecture;

• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior developers;

• Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on growth, transparency, and continuous improvement;

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on development experience with Python;

• Experience designing and implementing REST & event-based services using AWS tools (Lambda, EventBridge, API Gateway, DynamoDB, IAM, etc.);

• Strong experience in cloud-native development and working with SaaS platforms;

• Proficient in AWS services: Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, EC2, IAM, STS;

• Hands-on experience with non-relational and relational databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, RDS);

• Strong background in API development and deployment;

• Experience building infrastructure using CloudFormation Templates;

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English level B2 or higher);

• Creative, analytical mindset with a focus on solving complex business problems through scalable solutions;

Nice To Have

• Background in lending or financial services;

• AWS Solutions Architect or Developer Certification;

• Experience with SCRUM, SAFe, TDD (Test-Driven Development);

• Strong communication skills to engage with users, technical teams, and senior management;
