The team works across various product lines, including customer and partner web portals, internal tools, and migrating applications to modern platforms.

Project Description

The project focuses on active development, maintaining, and enhancing:

  • Web Portals: Angular 14 applications with .NET 6 and REST APIs, enabling customers and partners to manage infrastructure.
  • Internal Tools: WinForms applications in VB.NET, transitioning to a modern low-code platform (Outsystems) and PHP-based backend APIs. The old system will be maintained only occasionally, primarily for critical bug fixes or urgent support.
  • Migration Initiatives: Consolidating stand-alone applications into the Mulesoft platform, starting in 2025, with training provided for team readiness.

What You'll Do

  • Guide the team in architectural and technical decisions;
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices;
  • Implement and advocate for scalable, high-quality solutions;
  • Mentor and support team members to foster growth and knowledge sharing;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs;
  • Identify and mitigate risks, addressing technical and process inefficiencies;
  • Plan for scalability, modernization, and long-term system improvements;

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of commercial experience with .NET;
  • Strong knowledge of C#;
  • Solid understanding of frontend technologies - particularly experience with Angular;
  • Experience with the listed tech stack;
  • Prior technical leadership experience with hands-on development;
  • Desire to mentor and grow team members;
  • Experience assessing system architectures and addressing code quality issues;
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2 or higher);
  • Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives;
