Project Description
The project focuses on active development, maintaining, and enhancing:
- Web Portals: Angular 14 applications with .NET 6 and REST APIs, enabling customers and partners to manage infrastructure.
- Internal Tools: WinForms applications in VB.NET, transitioning to a modern low-code platform (Outsystems) and PHP-based backend APIs. The old system will be maintained only occasionally, primarily for critical bug fixes or urgent support.
- Migration Initiatives: Consolidating stand-alone applications into the Mulesoft platform, starting in 2025, with training provided for team readiness.

What You'll Do
- Guide the team in architectural and technical decisions;
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices;
- Implement and advocate for scalable, high-quality solutions;
- Mentor and support team members to foster growth and knowledge sharing;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs;
- Identify and mitigate risks, addressing technical and process inefficiencies;
- Plan for scalability, modernization, and long-term system improvements;
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial experience with .NET;
- Strong knowledge of C#;
- Solid understanding of frontend technologies - particularly experience with Angular;
- Experience with the listed tech stack;
- Prior technical leadership experience with hands-on development;
- Desire to mentor and grow team members;
- Experience assessing system architectures and addressing code quality issues;
- Strong communication skills in English (B2 or higher);
- Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives;
