Project Description

The project focuses on designing and developing a Customer Care Tool to streamline customer support operations across multiple applications. The tool will serve as a centralized support platform, enabling the customer support team to manage inquiries and interactions efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain the Customer Care Tool to support internal operations;
  • Lead the development team, ensuring alignment with project milestones and goals;
  • Develop an intuitive and responsive UI for the customer support team;
  • Optimize application performance and reliability to enhance user experience;
  • Ensure data security and compliance with industry best practices;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement technical solutions;

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Java development;
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL);
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a flexible development environment where tech stack decisions are evolving;
  • English proficiency from B1+ for effective communication in an international team;
