We’re looking for a proactive and experienced HR Specialist to join our team on a maternity cover contract lasting 1 year and 6 months. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth HR operations while contributing to building a motivated, engaged, and high-performing team.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration
- Conduct regular HR retention and exit interviews, analyze trends, and propose actions for improvement
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance
- Prepare HR reports and support people data analytics
- Administer company benefits and support employees with related queries
- Collaborate closely with management on initiatives to build a positive company culture, improve employee engagement and loyalty, and support team motivation
- Develop and implement HR strategies for long-term team growth and learning & development
- Work closely with management and the marketing team to strengthen our employer brand and increase recognition
- Actively participate in initiatives that boost team satisfaction, retention, and cross-team collaboration
- Organize internal events and take part in external employer branding and career-related activities
- Act as a point of contact for external partners and vendors related to HR services
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HR professional in the IT sector
- Solid understanding of HR processes, labor law, and HR administration
- Experience with onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration
- Familiarity with HR development initiatives such as training, employee engagement, satisfaction, and motivation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, people-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- English level: B2 or higher, both written and spoken
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
