Rob joined Coherent in 2005. He started his career in the 1990s as a developer and worked as a solution architect, business analyst, and project manager.  Rob’s responsibilities include leadership of Coherent’s account management and global service delivery organization. His previous experiences include being a principal consultant for CSC Consulting (now DXC) and AVT Consulting. He attributes his long tenure with Coherent to the smart people he works with. According to Rob, “When people see the level of talent we employ, and what they do with it, they are blown away. It truly is a huge part of what makes Coherent a great place to work.” Rob holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame. When he isn’t busy leading the service delivery team, he can be found running, skiing, and trying, with his wife, to keep up with their four adult children and two dogs.

Max Belov has been with Coherent Solutions since 1998 and became CTO in 2001. He is an accomplished architect and an expert in distributed systems design and implementation. Responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the company’s technology services, which include custom software development, data services, DevOps & cloud, quality assurance, and Salesforce. Max also heads innovation initiatives within Coherent’s R&D lab to develop emerging technology solutions. These initiatives provide customers with top notch technology solutions IoT, blockchain, and AI, among others. Max holds a master’s degree in Theoretical Computer Science from Moscow State University, and when he isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his family, on a race track, and playing competitive team handball.

Alexander started his career as a system administrator 15 years ago. After a long journey through various companies and roles, he joined Coherent Solutions as the DevOps department manager. He promotes the DevOps mindset among his colleagues and to broader audiences. Alexander has featured bylines on DevOps.com and DZone.

Vladimir began his career at EPAM over 18 years ago. He specializes in JavaScript/TypeScript full-stack development, managing multi-national teams, and delivering complex products. Outside of work, he’s interested in 128TB servers, IoT, and smart home technology. Vladimir was interviewed by Fortune Recommends about learning web development.

Oleg has over 10 years of experience in .NET. He holds a PhD in technical science, a master’s in systems analysis, and a bachelor’s in computer software engineering. He runs a tech blog and a monthly newsletter .NET R&D Digest. Oleg occasionally speaks at conferences and has contributed to Hacker Noon and Built In.

Michael has been with Coherent Solutions since 2007, starting out as a .NET developer. Over the years, he’s progressed through roles as a tech lead, team lead, and architect. He now runs the QA Automation and DevOps practices, managing a team of around 250 people. Michael has extensive expertise in cybersecurity and DevOps. He appeared as a podcast guest and a byline author for DevOps Online.
